Platform use

Applications and KYC

Retailer and distributor applications are subject to review and approval. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval, partnership, credit, platform access, or a particular commercial outcome. You confirm submitted information and documents are accurate and authorized.

Acceptable conduct

You must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, interfere with operations, or use the service in a way that violates law or the rights of others.

Intellectual property

The Vyana Core name, logos, platform design, content and software are owned by or licensed to Vyana Core Fintech. You may not copy, modify, distribute or use them without prior written permission.

Service availability

We aim to keep the platform available and secure, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue a service when reasonably necessary.

Changes and governing law
